Jennifer Bowering Delisle is the author of Deriving (2021), a collection of poetry, and two books of lyric nonfiction: Micrographia (Fall 2023) and The Bosun Chair (2017). A new collection of poetry, Stock, is forthcoming with Coach House Press in 2025.
She is a member of the board of NeWest Press, and regularly teaches creative writing classes and workshops. She is also the co-chair of the League of Canadian Poets’ Parenting Poets Committee.
She completed a PhD in English at the University of British Columbia in 2008, and is the author of The Newfoundland Diaspora: Mapping the Literature of Out-Migration (Wilfrid Laurier University Press, 2013).
She lives in Edmonton on Treaty 6 territory with her husband and two children.
